Website privacy and technology notice
Global Security Professionals · Updated 15 September 2026
Who to contact
This notice covers the Global Security Professionals website enquiry and emailed-quote routes. For questions about your website information, use info@globalsecurityprofessionals.co.za or the existing contact page. The website also lists +27 64 319 6180 and a WhatsApp contact option.
Contact enquiries
Full name, email address and message are required by the contact form handler. The hidden website field is an anti-spam check. These details are sent to the website server and passed through a mail-relay service to the configured business enquiry recipients so they can respond. Your name and email are included as reply contact details.
Using the form is your choice. Without the required details it cannot send your enquiry; you can instead use the listed email, phone or WhatsApp route. Keep your message to what is necessary. Do not send identity documents, firearm-licence documents, payment-card details or other sensitive records through this general enquiry form.
Emailed quotes
The Get Quote modal asks for an email address and selected courses; your full name is optional. Course selection is used in the browser to calculate the displayed quote. Choosing Email Quote To Myself sends those details to the website server to generate a quote reference, selected-course list and totals.
The quote email is addressed to the email you supply. The handler also sends a copy to info@globalsecurityprofessionals.co.za and any additional configured business copy recipients. Use an email address you are authorised to use. Email delivery is handled by the configured mail service or mail relay. The active contact and emailed-quote handlers do not write these submissions to a website database; the emails themselves are separate correspondence.
Website hosting, technical support and email-delivery services process the information involved in these routes. Sending an enquiry or asking for a quote is not a newsletter subscription or blanket permission for unrelated marketing.
Analytics and external links
The site automatically loads Umami analytics from umami.kevinerasmus.qzz.io to measure website visits. Analytics requests can include page and referrer information and browser/device information. The receiving server can also receive the connection IP address, as with other website requests; cookieless does not mean that no information is processed.
No cookies or local-storage entries were observed in fresh-browser checks of the home and contact pages on 15 September 2026. This is a limited observation, not a guarantee for every browser or later interaction. Browser settings and tools can control site storage and block analytics.
WhatsApp and social links take you to external services with their own privacy notices. If you choose to message the business there, that service processes your account/contact details and the content you send. External messaging and email services may involve processing outside South Africa.
Questions and rights
For information about a particular enquiry or quote, its recipients, retention or processing locations, contact the business above. This website notice does not set a fixed deletion period or promise South Africa-only processing.
Where POPIA applies, you may request access to your personal information, request correction or deletion where applicable, and object to processing on applicable grounds, subject to legal requirements and exceptions. You may also complain to the South African Information Regulator; its website provides current contact details and complaint procedures.
This is a website privacy and technology notice, not a compliance certification, course agreement or risk waiver. It does not change course prices, accreditation claims, booking conditions or statutory rights.
